? The programme started at 8 AM. We had invited one Dr.Jayaparaksh, who is a medical doctor and has specialized in Sports injury as our guest. Dr.Jayaparkash has worked in Sports Authority of India and he has traveled all o?ver the world.? He is running a charity dispensary adjacent to our Samithi at W?ilson ? G?arden?. In his address he narrated the importance of Hand washing. (16th October was global hand washing day) He emphasi?z?ed that we should do do our bits in making India Swatch Bharat. He has asked all our Seva Dals to inculcate this habit with youngsters. The programme started by welcome speech by our conven?e?r Mr.Raghu. After the Guest address for ten minutes one ?S?erva Dharma Bhajan by samithi bhajan singers followed by Vishnava Janto by Smt.Swarnalatha was rendered. ?Launch? programme was concluded by vote of thanks by Mr.B.S.Ramakrishna. We had also involved BBMC?P? people for the project? who gave us facilities like auto cart for taking out ?trash? and transporting the same. They also gave us few ?Poura Karmikas? for help. The programme started by cleaning the road i.e Siddhia?h? road (main W?ilson ?G?arden? road) along with side roads and we came back to samithi via BTS road. ?O?n the way and we went from shop to shop giving them pamphlets and telling them not to litter around. Most of the people received us warmly and greeted us. This also helped us create awareness not only about cleanliness and also about our samithi. Appriximately 25 people consisting of samithi seva dals, few of our friends and BBMC workers took part in the event. Highlight of the programme was the excellent arrangement made by our convener in roping in BBMC workers and food arrangement. When the programme started at 8 AM, coffee was served to all and at the end sumptuous breakfast were served to all. Programme concluded by 10.30 AM.
