Two samithis namely Malkajgiri and Safilguda have done the service together. Malkajgiri Sevadal have cleaned surroundings of water plant premises and removed garbage inside the hospital, cleaned nala and removed garbage. Safilguda Samithi sevadal have cleaned the front premises both left and right entrance gates and removed garbage, cleaned and removed waste and food eaten material in front garden, removed scrap and garbage at the left corner of the hospital, removed heap of chappals left over in the front of the entrance gate and dumped in the garbage, backyard of the hospital.
